Dexter dismembers sister, reassembles corpse wrong way round

Ultimately it was mostly just fan service, bit disappointing but better than nothing.
Regarding the ending, I feel they botched it. Season 8 (supposedly the final season) should be *Dexter as the villain. It's the logical ending and reading all over the forums, people are turning against him. With that in mind, I wish Debs had just walked out and left Dexter to deal with Maria, completing his turn to the dark side. I'm getting a bit fed up with him escaping having to make these horrible choices because someone came to his rescue.*
